Nothing is free of course - even for charity events - but we do keep our pricing as low as possible to ensure that your auction gains significantly more in extra income from our service than it costs to use it.

Every auction is different and the exact cost of the SilentBid service will vary a little depending on your requirements. As a guide, we normally include the following:

• All of the standard SilentBid features
• On-site crew to install and operate the equipment and to assist the guests
• Pre-event planning and setup, including picture processing and building the database of auction items
• All equipment necessary to run the auction and connect to your A/V service (including transportation)

For new events, we are also happy to offer an alternative pricing model, based on our confidence that SilentBid will significantly improve your fund-raising. We will agree a baseline for previous event fund-raising and a sharing arrangement for the increase our service provides to you.
